Did you know you've got 4 miles of tubing in your stomach? You have. And it's coiled up everso tightly... so they can cram it all in.

Hey boys,

Does anyone know where I might find Bill the Builder?

I say, I am playing bowls at your green on Saturday when I stop off at Northampton en route to York. Do you have somewhere I can tie up and water my faithful black horse, Bess?

Yours,

Dicky Turpin (Bowls Essex)

May I suggest you publish your address and post code.

I have played here before but the post code would make it more easy to find.

If it's here I can't find it :-(

Just my two penneth.

Hi Tony

Good to hear from you!

It's been great to get on our own pad after so many years (17 to be exact) and the green has been playing well.

Next step is to get a small changing pavilion, hopefully before the start of next season. Waiting for permision from the council at the moment.

Hope you are keeping well?

Best wishes

Chris

DONALD COLLIN says...

Living opposite the New Express Lift Bowling Club's Green in Cotswold Avenue, Duston, I am wondering when the inaugral "Home" match on the Green will be played. The work that has been put in by the Club on the Green has been nothing short of miraculous from when the work started.

Hello Donald,

Thanks for your kind words.  All being well we shall be ready for the commencement of the new season next April.
